Anirudh Gupta is the Founder & Principal Advisor at Mindways, a career counselling and global education advisory firm established in 2005. With more than 20 years of experience in counselling students and families, he specialises in career guidance, psychometric interpretation, global education planning, and university admissions strategy.

Anirudh holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham and is a British Council Certified Counsellor and Certified Career Counsellor. Over the years, he has worked with 5000+ students across diverse academic backgrounds, interests, and aspirations, helping them navigate critical decisions related to subject selection, career pathways, university planning, and international education opportunities.
